According to Nguyen Huong Quynh - Managing Director of Nielsen Vietnam “Some parts of the world are struggling to find growth these days but the Asia Pacific still boasts significant opportunities due to favorable demographic and economic conditions. Global GDP growth from 2016 to 2020 is estimated to be around 3.1% per annum but the US and Europe will grow only around 2% and 1.9%, respectively. On the other hand, emerging markets are forecast to have around 4% growth. As a result, multinational companies continue to look to the Asia Pacific as a driver of grow. Vietnam is a part of the story.
